Today, we’re sharing a new chapter of our own.

In September 2026, Seth Harrison became a licensed Iowa real estate agent, joining his wife, Amber, in serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Greater Des Moines and Central Iowa with Epique Realty.

For our family, it’s an exciting milestone. For our business, it’s the next step in a partnership that has been growing behind the scenes since 2025. And for the people we serve, it means getting to know the husband-and-wife team ready to help you think through what comes next.

Because as excited as we are about our story, the first thing we want to hear is yours.

The Partnership Started Before the License

While Seth’s real estate license is new, his involvement with the team began in 2025.

Since then, he has worked alongside Amber in a support and development role, helping build the foundation for their growing real estate business. That experience gave him a closer look at the work behind the listings, appointments, and conversations—and the attention it takes to support someone through a move.

Real estate involves plenty of details, but those details always connect back to people.

A buyer may be excited about finding a home while wondering whether they’re ready. A seller may be looking forward to a change while feeling overwhelmed by everything that needs to happen first. An investor may be comparing opportunities and trying to understand which questions deserve a closer look.

Working alongside Amber helped Seth see how much clear communication and thoughtful follow-through matter in those moments.

Becoming licensed was a natural next step: an opportunity to take a more direct role in helping clients and continue building the business together.

Building on Amber’s Six Years of Experience

This new chapter builds on the experience and relationships Amber has developed throughout her real estate career.

Amber has been a real estate agent for six years and joined Epique Realty in 2025. She helps buyers and sellers navigate Greater Des Moines and Central Iowa with an approach centered on their goals, timing, and individual circumstances.

For Amber, understanding what someone wants from a move is an essential part of helping them plan it.

A seller may need time to prepare before listing. A buyer may need to talk through competing priorities before narrowing the search. Someone who reaches out with a simple question may discover that a conversation now helps them prepare for a move much later.

Amber’s focus is to explain the process clearly, help clients consider their options, and offer guidance that fits their situation.

With Seth joining her as a licensed agent, that approach remains at the heart of the Amber Harrison Realty Team. Together, they’re building on the work they began in 2025 while bringing their own perspectives to the partnership.

Meet Seth: A New Role, a Familiar Commitment

Seth brings a practical, attentive approach to his new role as a real estate agent.

His goal is to help people feel comfortable asking questions, understand their options, and know what to expect as they move through the process. He believes a useful conversation starts with listening—not assuming everyone has the same priorities or is ready to move at the same pace.

As he begins his licensed career, Seth brings his experience supporting the business, a willingness to keep learning, and an established working partnership with Amber.

He’s looking forward to building relationships with clients and helping them turn a broad idea—“We might want to move”—into a clearer picture of what their next steps could look like.

Being a husband-and-wife team makes this milestone especially meaningful to us.
